To support their growing community of parents, teachers, and healthcare providers, Tiny Docs needed to overcome critical performance bottlenecks and an outdated interface. We partnered with them to execute an end-to-end digital transformation. By delivering a comprehensive UX/UI redesign and a robust full-stack MERN rebuild, we eliminated performance lags, improved scalability, and created a lightning-fast, conversion-optimized web experience tailored to both adult decision-makers and young learners.

Our role covered end-to-end transformation — from UI redesign to a full-stack MERN rebuild — addressing performance lags and low scalability while introducing a more engaging, kid-friendly design language.
