NCMCL ADAPT (Automation & Digitization of Accreditation Process) is a centralized digital accreditation platform developed for Naymat Collateral Management Company Limited (NCMCL). The project aimed to transform a fully paper-based, manual accreditation process into a secure, role-based, end-to-end digital system.
The platform supports the complete lifecycle of accreditation from application submission and document verification to expert scrutiny, field inspection, and final certification. It serves multiple stakeholders including applicants, scrutiny officers, domain experts (Legal, Financial, HR, Inspection), administrators, and executive management.
- The Challenge
Before the implementation of NCMCL, the accreditation process faced several operational and governance challenges:
- Paper-based workflows resulting in delays, misplaced documents, and lack of traceability
- No real-time visibility into application status, document compliance, or expert workloads
- Manual coordination between scrutiny officers and domain experts
- Limited management oversight, with no centralized reporting or performance analytics
As the volume of applications and regulatory scrutiny increased, the existing process became unsustainable and difficult to scale.
